The most popular use for our transfer adhesive sheets is as an adhesive for our color laser temporary tattoo paper. These sheets are a thin sandwich of adhesive between two clear liners. This second liner allows for one liner to remain in place so that it protects the adhesive and tattoo until right before application to the skin. These adhesive sheets are also useful in a wide variety of arts and crafts. This item includes transfer adhesive sheets only, you must purchase the laser tattoo paper for laser printers separately. THESE ADHESIVE SHEETS DO NOT WORK WITH OUR INKJET TATTOO PAPER.
Note: It is critically important when testing laser media for compatibility that you always print using a "Plain Paper" setting. This allows the printers fuser to stay at the lowest temperature setting, preventing the media from getting too hot and possibly separating from the liner. Always follow the instructions very carefully with any self-adhesive laser media.
Most of the transfer adhesive sheets we sell are for use with our color laser temporary tattoo paper, however the high quality skin safe adhesive can be used for a wide variety of other applications. Any arts and craft project which benefits from a clear removable liner before final application can take advantage of this quality product.
NOTE: Papilio Tattoo Adhesive confirms to FDA title 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives; and Title 21 CFR 176.180, Paper and Paperboard in Contact with Dry Foods, and is included among the regulated substances deemed acceptable for use as components of food contact applications. It also conforms to the Toy Safety Standard ASTM F963-96a, Section 188.8.131.52 regarding heavy metals and also meets the requirements of the Photographic Activity Test (per ISO 14523).
